Simon & Associates, Inc. is a nationally recognized green building consulting firm. It was established in 1994 by Lynn N. Simon, AIA, a green building pioneer and a leading authority in the industry. The firm uses a practical and collaborative approach to advance sustainable and healthy building design and construction practices. The firm's clients include design firms, as well as public, private, and non-profit building owners and developers, representing a variety of development types including institutional, educational, commercial, industrial, and residential.

Simon & Associates, Inc. has been a member of the U.S. Green Building Council since its inception. The firm has consulted on many LEED certified projects, including some of the earliest projects to achieve LEED certification in California.
