This 75,000 SF historic renovation project includes offices and classrooms for a variety of nationally and internationally prominent non-profit organizations. It was one of the first historic renovation projects in the country to fully incorporate green building materials and technologies. A display of green materials samples is exhibited in the hallway lobby for public education purposes.
