Robert Watson, LEED AP, is a Consultant with Simon & Associates, Inc., an internationally recognized green building consulting firm. Robert provides strategic planning, design review, and LEED process consulting. His projects include high-rise, industrial, and infrastructure developments.
Previously at TEAM Commercial Construction, Robert held the position of Sustainable Construction Manager where he provided construction direction and field supervision for the first LEED EB certified multi-tenant building on the West Coast. The project involved more than 40 individual companies, many with unique corporate standards. Robert was responsible for developing and implementing green construction management practices while researching and qualifying materials standards that would accommodate existing and future tenants without hindering schedules or exceeding contract pricing.
Robert holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego, and Certification in Construction Management from the University of California, Berkeley.
