Simon & Associates, Inc. Green Building Consultants is a nationally recognized green building consulting firm.

Lynn N. Simon, FAIA, a green building pioneer and a leading authority in the industry, established the firm in 1994. Simon & Associates, Inc. (S&A) uses a practical and collaborative approach to advance sustainable and healthy building design and construction practices. The firm's clients include design firms, as well as public, private, and non-profit building owners and developers, representing a variety of building types including institutional, educational, commercial, industrial, residential, and mixed-use developments.

S&A has been a member of the U.S. Green Building Council since its inception. The firm has consulted on numerous LEED certified projects, including some of the earliest projects to achieve LEED certification in California.

S&A is a federally and locally recognized Women-Owned Business Enterprise, and is recognized as a Small Business Enterprise by the State of California and the City & County of San Francisco. S&A is also a certified green business under the City & County of San Francisco’s Green Business program.
