is a nationally recognized green building consulting firm, headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area. Lynn N. Simon, FAIA, LEED AP, President, established the firm in 1994. S&A provides sustainability and LEED consulting, and related services. The firm has consulted on over 45 LEED certified projects, including many that achieved LEED Gold or Platinum certification.
